Dinquel (602) 514-7431 The General Services Administration desires to
lease approximately 73,874 rentable square feet of office and related
space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 67,158 to a maximum
of 70,516 BOMA usable square feet, to house the Drug Enforcement
Agency. One-hundred fifty five (155) on-site, inside, secure parking
spaces for the exclusive use of the Government are required. Eighty
(80) public parking spaces must be available within three blocks. For
security purposes, the site must permit a minimum 100 foot set back
from all public access roadways, public parking, or other structures.
The space must be located within the city limits of Phoenix, Arizona,
within the following street boundaries: North: Camelback South:
railroad tracks East: Seventh Street West: Seventh Avenue The building
offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type
generally recognized as a modern office-type building, must be altered
to meet the Government's requirements, tenant alterations are to be
provided as part of the rental consideration, and must be fully
serviced. Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB material(s) will not
be considered. In addition, the building must also conform to the most
current edition of the Uniform Building Code for Seismic Safety.
Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1)
Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet and rate per
rentable square foot; 3) Method of Measurement used to determine
rentable square feet; 4) Common Area Factor for available space by
floor, if applicable; 5) Responses by other than owners or managers of
a property must include written permission of the owner to offer the
