The rentable space must yield a minimum of 67,158 to a maximum of 70,516 BOMA usable square feet, to house the Drug Enforcement Agency. One-hundred fifty five (155) on-site, inside, secure parking spaces for the exclusive use of the Government are required. Eighty (80) public parking spaces must be available within three blocks. For security purposes, the site must permit a minimum 100 foot set back from all public access roadways, public parking, or other structures. The space must be located within the city limits of Phoenix, Arizona, within the following street boundaries: North: Camelback South: railroad tracks East: Seventh Street West: Seventh Avenue The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as a modern office-type building, must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration, and must be fully serviced.
