The project consists of activities to install Government-furnished 6.7
meter x 3.35 meter (approx.) arch-pipe tunnel liner, 23.75 meters
long. Construct a new creek channel and flood plain for Goat Creek,
excavate 4600 cubic meters of existing road fill, apply crushed rock
base, and pave 200 meters of roadway. Project work includes, but is not
limited to, concrete work, creek restoration, roadway excavation and
surfacing. The project area will be revegetated using salvaged sod,
willow plantings, and native seed mixes for mulching. The project is
located 28 miles east of Cascade, Idaho on Warm Lake Highway. Turn
north on Forest Road 474 and travel 8 miles to the project site. Est.
start work date is 7/10/00 with 120 calendar days for completion. Est.
price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This proposed
procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration
