This project for maintenance of the Tahoe Meadows Toilet includes: minor demolition; placement of a concrete sidewalk, masonry work, waterproofing, replacing metal doors, replacing all gypsum board, painting, applying epoxy to the concrete floor, and other miscellaneous work. The project is accessed from Reno, NV: drive U.S. Highway 395 south to Mt. Rose Highway (S.H. 431). Follow S.H 431 west for approx. 9 miles to the project site, which is on the south side of the highway. Prebid/Site visit dates will be specified in the solicitation package. The est. price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated solicitation issue date is June 9,2000, and the recommended contract time is 30 calendar days.
