The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from small business vendors for the following batteries (for forklift trucks): A) Multi-ton WPT-35 (industrial) 12-V85-5, 24 Volts or equal (quantity 5 each); B) Clark SP-20, 6-V100-11, 12 Volts or equal (quantity 3 each); C) Yale ERP40TF, 18-V125-21, 36 Volts or equal (quantity 1 each); D) Hyster N40XMR, 18CH-137-13, 36 Volts or equal (quantity 2 each); E) Toyota 5FBE20, 18-V100-17, 36 Volts or equal (quantity 2 each); F) Crown RR3520-35, 18-V125-13, 36 Volts or equal (quantity 2 each); G) Clark TM20, 18-V125-17, 36 Volts or equal (quantity 2 each); H) Clark PWT, 6-V85-13, 12 Volts or equal (quantity 1 each). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation, a written request for quotation WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS (formally SIC) code is 3699 and the associated small business size standard is 500. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ29-WF0017. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the BEP Loading Dock at Fort Worth, Texas facility. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price and quality. All interested SMALL BUSINESSES are requested to SUBMIT A WRITTEN QUOTATION which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on company letterhead.
