This is a requirement to collect classified (Secret and Confidential) and sensitive unclassified material from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN), and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM), and SPAWARSYSCEN Tenant Commands, -- all within the Point Loma federal complex, with the exception of the Old Town Campus, located at 4297 Pacific Highway. The contractor will haul all material to a recognized destruction firm, destroy the material by means of incineration, witness that the material entered the hopper and has been turned into ash residue, and provide related receipts, records and reports. While performing under this contract, the contractor shall have a FINAL SECRET facility clearance. Contractors must meet eligibility requirements of the National Industrial Security Program (DoD 5220.22M) and must be able to be granted a FINAL SECRET facility clearance prior to starting work under this contract. All contractor personnel shall have a FINAL SECRET personnel clearance in addition to briefings on the proper handling of NATO, and other special access material. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options for a period not to exceed five years.
