Please see the latest projected program schedule. We anticipate the format of the Industry Day will be one-on- one sessions. The focus of the Industry Day will be comments/questions on the draft RFP and OCI clause. The Industry Day will be held at the Hope Hotel, Wright Patterson AFB, OH. 2. The projected SAFTAS program schedule as of 22 May 2000 is attached below. Please note the schedule includes target dates that may change. 3. The SAFTAS competition will be full-and-open. 4. We anticipate that site visits to proposed conference facilities will occur during 13 -- 20 Jul 00. 5. We anticipate that the majority of the Mission Capability volume of your proposal will be presented orally during 31 Jul -- 25 Aug 00. We anticipate that the oral presentations will occur in two parts with the second part being responses to various Mission Capability scenarios.
