It is the intent of Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Divisoin to award a sole source delivery order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with PhotoTelesis Corporation at 7800 IH West, San Antonio, TX 78230. The current requirement is for the purchase of a software upgrade to PhotoTelesis proprietary WaveBurst software in the Fast Tactical Imagery Set. The upgrade software is to be delivered 90 days after the award date. This procurement will be awarded under BOA N68335-00-G-0184. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Government intends to negotiate this delivery order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. PhotoTelesis is the sole designer and manufacturer of the FTI system and the developer of the software. PhotoTelesis owns all rights to the source data and source code. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested parties may provide a capability statement.
