This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR 13.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued!! 17(ii). The terminals shall meet the following specifications, transmit frequency: 1626.5 to 1660.5 MHz; Receive frequency: 1525 to 1559 MHz; Channel spacing: 5/40 KHz; EIRP: 25 dBW; G/T: -7 dBK -1; DECT: 1880 to 1900 MHz. Interfaces: ISDN (RJ45), RS-232 port (9 pin DSUB), Low Speed STUIII Interface, ISU-2x64 Terminao Adapter (for use with KIV-7), 3COM Terminal Adapter (for use with STU-III), Cables associated with both STU-III and STE. External options: Line adapter for analogue devices, AC/DC converter: AC in 90-264V, 47-63Hz, 45W, DC out 19VDC, DC/DC converter; DC in 10-32VDC, DC out 19VDC. Power consumption: Standby time: 70 hours, 4.8 kbps voice: 9 hours, 64 kbps voice: 6 hours, 64 kbps data: 3 hours.
