Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to acquire engineering services for
the development, validation, and operation of diagnostic software used
to analysis the Rolls-Royce F402 series engines' oil system. NAVAIR
anticipates award on a sole source basis to Data Systems & Solutions,
Reston, VA. The contractor will provide the hardware, software and
supplies necessary to produce an interface control document detailing
software configuration, protocols and software based wear debris
threshold limits for the Roll-Royce F402 series engine. In addition,
the contractor will provide on-site support for training, technical
reviews and hardware support at Yuma Arizona. Services will be required
