Powell River Laboratory is the sole source of 300 Winchester Magnum, 200 grain, non-toxic, lead-free bullets customized to USSS requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22.
