order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-99-G-1170 to Northrop

includes a review of the EA-6B structural design, the aircraft
operational usage and the EA-6B Fatigue Damage calculation algorithm.
The purpose of this study is to modify/correct the algorithm and
establish and validate the individual fatigue life expended (FLE)
values for all critical locations on the Outer Wing Panel. As the sole
designer, developer, and producer the EA-6B aircraft fuselage and
outer wing panels, NGC is the only contractor with sufficient technical
