The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to negotiate and issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0176 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), St. Augustine, Florida. In order to provide one (1) Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM), repair and support for an F-14 aircraft. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Aircraft, NGC is the only known commercial source who possesses the required expertise and data to meet the government needs.
