The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking qualified sources to provide repair and calibration of NSN 6625-01-162-8035, P/N 480069-000, known commercially as the PGSE Test Set CMA-951/T. The CMA-951/T Test Set was manufactured by Canadian Marconi Company (CMC). It provides, in conjunction with external power supplies, all primary power, controls, indicators, and simulated sensor signals for testing all but one of the Line Replaceable Units (LRU's) of the U.S. Coast Guard SRR Engine Instrument System on the HH-65A Dolphin Helicopter manufactured by Eurocopter France. The LRUs tested consist of the Signal Data Converter (SDC), Measured Gas Temperature Indicator, Gas Generator Speed Indicator, Tachometer Indicator, Torque Indicator, Engine Oil Temperature Indicator, Engine Oil Pressure Indicator, Fuel Quantity Indicator, Fuel Pressure Indicator, Hydraulic Pressure Indicator, and Main Gearbox Oil Temperature/Pressure Indicator. Interested parties are invited to submit information regarding their experience/capabilities and a copy of their FAA certification for repair of this equipment.
