Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) for LTTC Imagers for the Airborne Separation Video System (ASVS) Program as follows: (1) LRIP LTTC, AC & Monochrome, 42 each, and (2) LRIP LTTC, DC & Monochrome, 8 each. The Government contemplates an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract. The period of performance shall be two years. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with DRS Technologies, Inc., 138 Bauer Drive, Oakland, NJ 07436 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The DRS Technologies is the sole developer and manufacturer of the existing ASVS. The LTTC imagers must interface with the unique data controls and data buses of the ASVS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement. All capability statements, received in response to this notice, will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement.
