The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego intends to procure radar remote control equipment for application at the Navy's Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, Kauai, HI. Specifically, this equipment is the HI AN/APS-134 radar Remote Control and Monitoring System (RCMS) and a Local Control and Monitoring System (LCMS). It is also intended to upgrade the RCMS at two additional facilities in Makaha Ridge, Kauai, HI and Niihau Island, HI. In addition to procurement of this hardware, design, manufacture, installation and testing of the hardware. Operator and Maintenance training as well as technical documentation will also be procured.
