The approved source is UTMC Microelectronic Systems (65342) P/N 5962-8862801XA required to be IAW (67268) DSCC dwg 5962-8862801XA. Pricing is requested at estimated quantities of 112 each for the first year, 112 each for the second year, and 112 each for the third year. The average quantity per order is estimated at 28 each. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment cited for item. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. Destinations will be for DLA stock or direct ship as required by the delivery orders following the basic contract. FOB, inspection and acceptance will be at destination.
