E-MAIL: David Mork, david.mork@bep.treas.gov. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking Offerors capable of providing an Automated Storage System. The purpose of the storage system is to utilize a storage area with a thirteen-foot high ceiling and to store cartons and to allow for safe retrieval. The final product is expected to maximize a storage vault with approximate size dimensions of fourteen foot five inches wide X Nine foot deep X Thirteen-foot high. The doorway opening is approximately forty inches wide X Seventy-eight inches high. Cartons will be used to store all products. The typical carton sizes and approximate weights are as follows: 1) Twenty-Three and a half inches X Fourteen inches X Nineteen and a half inches, twenty-five pounds. 2) Twenty inches X Seventeen inches X Nine inches, Fourteen to Thirty-Four Pounds. Maximum quantities of boxes are required to fit into the space available. The boxes will have labels or barcodes placed on the lower right hand corners.
