Description is corrected to read as follows: SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego, intends to solicit and award a firm fixed type contract to RM Associates of State College, PA on a sole source basis, for the enhancement and validation of Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) and CFDTD, an proprietary electromagnetic numerical code. The enhancement will demonstrate the feasibility of radio frequency and microwave electronic non-linear modeling codes to perform analysis and design of multiple node networks and multiple signal interference associated with multifunctional phased array antenna systems.
