Request for Proposal (RFP) for the continued operation of Outreach and Admissions for the Job Corps Programs in the states of Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. The Job Corps program is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational and support services to youth ages 16 through 24 years. The contractor will provide Outreach and Admissions services to ensure the arrival of 3,518 youth, 2,025 males and 1,493 females. It is anticiapted that the resultant contract will cover the period November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001 and four (4) governmental unilateral renewal options of one (1)year.
