Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the continued operation of Outreach and Admissions for the Job Corps Programs in the States of Alabama and Florida. The Job Corps Program is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational and support services to youth ages 16 through 24 years. The contractor will provide Outreach and Admissions services to ensure the arrival of 2,447 youth of which 1,619 are males and 828 are females. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001 and four (4) governmental unilateral renewal options of one (1) year. The RFP will be available on or about June 7, 2000 on our World Wide Web Site; http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule. A Pre-proposal conference is scheduled June 19, 2000 at the Crown Plaza Airport Hotel, 1325 Virgina Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30344 (404) 768-6660 at 1:00 pm local time. All questions prior to and at the pre-proposal conference should be in writing. It is recommended that all interested offerors download the the RFP prior to the pre-proposal conference.
