Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN is seeking for its Outpatient Entrance a replacement of existing Horton Revolving Door with Brand Name or Equal Horton Automatics Grand Revolver Door, series 9640 Grand, 16' diameter, 4-wing, round, clear core, dark bronze finish, 330 sq ft glass, " tempered; provide labor, equipmentand material for complete installation, including complete working drawings, final hookup, adjustments for proper operation, glass glazing and caulking, etc. to result in fully operational door; complete all work by September 29, 2000. Provide 1 year parts and labor warranty, effective from date of installed/fully operational door. Provide descriptive literature. There is other work not to be included in this proposal and will be completed by VA or other contractor which is removal of existing equipment, clear rough opening for new equipment; 120v to unit, structural support, proper flooring.
