No change in Presolicitation notice. This solicitation is being issued to obtain offers for the operation of the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) at Moody AFB GA. Contractor to set up and maintain a store in a Government owned facility and will be responsible for furnishing Civil Engineering related supplies for use on Moody AFB. Typical categories for supplies include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, HVAC, ready-mix concrete, sand rock and gravel. This solicitation will be unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 5211. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with up to two (2) option years, the total contract will not exceed three (3) years. This will be awarded as a Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The evaluation factors shall be past performance and price.
