The firm fixed price contract will be effective for one base year. From July 1,2000, with the Government leaving the option to exercise two one-year periods. Phlebotomists must be certified by an approved Phlebotomy Training Program by either NAPA, ASPT or ASCP. The total annual estimated number of hours for Greater LA and Long Beach are 16,640 and 3,328 respectively. VA Greater LA -- Contractor shall furnish 32 Phlebotomists at 2 hours pwe day under the following shifts/hours 1)5:30am-7:30am, Sunday through Thursday or 2)5:30am-7:30am, Tuesday through Saturday or 3)2:00pm-4:00pm, Monday through Friday or 4)scheduling of shifts for national holidays will be on a rotation basis VA Long Beach -- Contractor shall furnish: 1) Three Phlebotomists, two hours per day, 6:00am-8:00am, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays 2)One Phlebotomist, two hours per day, 6:00am-8:00am, Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays 3)Two Phlebotomist, 4 to 6 hours pwe day between 6:00am-1200pm, Tuesday through Thursday, excluding national holidays.
