The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Teri Magnante, 432 Fairview Drive, Kearneysville, West Virginia 25430, to provide services to electronically archive and maintain publications print program resources. Services includes being accountable for the archiving system that organizes, cross-references, catalogues, records, tracks and processes for future availability electronic publication files, posting maps to the cartographic web site and maintaining web pages for accessibility, and developing data nomenclature compatible with existing and future database systems. The work shall be performed using the computer programs licensed to the Division of Publications, Harpers Ferry Center, the Macintosh System platforms 7.1, 7.5, 8.0, and 8.5, and the equipment that is used in the performance of graphic design and production of print media. The Government anticipates award of one Indefinite Quantity Fixed-Priced contract. This contract willbe negotiated for one year with priced options for three additional years. The contract will be awarded with a minimum guarantee of 500 hours and a maximum workload limit of 1,400 hours for task orders issued during each 12-month period.
