This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This item prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F33601-99-Q-A085 is Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7349. The small business size standard is $ 12 M. The acquisition has one line item (0001), and forty-five sub-line items (0001AA -- 0001DN). Custodial services in support of the Child Development Centers and Youth Centers at Wright-Patterson AFB OH are required and include daytime and nighttime cleaning, special event cleaning, walk-off mats, emergency clean-up, and snow removal. The period of performance is 01 July 2000 -- 31 May 2001. All work will be in accordance with the Statement of Work, which can be found in the World Wide Web address above. Contractor shall provide past performance information on three recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar service including contract numbers and points of contract with phone numbers. Evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of provision 52.212-2 are as follows: past performance and price are equal. Price: Line item 0001 -- Price will be submitted by cost per month with an eleven month total.
