Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio PLEASE GO TO

a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
item prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6,
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation
F33601-99-Q-A085 is Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The proposed contract is
100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard
industrial classification (SIC) code is 7349. The small business size
standard is $ 12 M. The acquisition has one line item (0001), and
forty-five sub-line items (0001AA -- 0001DN). Custodial services in
support of the Child Development Centers and Youth Centers at
Wright-Patterson AFB OH are required and include daytime and nighttime
cleaning, special event cleaning, walk-off mats, emergency clean-up,
and snow removal. The period of performance is 01 July 2000 -- 31 May
2001. All work will be in accordance with the Statement of Work, which
can be found in the World Wide Web address above. Solicitation
provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial (Mar
2000) are hereby incorporated by reference. Contractor shall provide
past performance information on three recent and relevant contracts for
the same or similar service including contract numbers and points of
contract with phone numbers. Solicitation provisions at FAR 52.212-2
Evaluation Commercial Items are hereby incorporated by reference.
Evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of provision
52.212-2 are as follows: past performance and price are equal. Price:
Line item 0001 -- Price will be submitted by cost per month with an
eleven month total. The schedule that the offeror may use to submit a
price proposal can also be found at the above web location. All
offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of provision
52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items.

procure and thereafter maintain the following kinds of insurance with
respect to performance under the contract. A. Workmen's Compensation
and Employers Liability Insurance as required by law except that if
this contract is to be performed in a State which does not require or
permit private insurance, then compliance with the statutory or
administrative requirements in any such State will be satisfactory. The
required Workmen's Compensation insurance shall extend to cover
employer's liability for accidental bodily injury or death and for
occupational disease with a minimum liability limit of $100,000. B.
General Liability Insurance. 1. Bodily injury liability insurance, in
the minimum limits of $500,000 per occurrence shall be required on the
comprehensive form of policy. 2. Property damage liability insurance
shall be required in the amount of $100,000 per occurrence.);
