The vehicle will be primarily used to transport Distinguished Visitors on and around the Scott AFB community. This may include occasional trips to St. Louis MO and its surrounding communities, as well as St. Louis' Lambert International Airport. The desired minimum performance characteristics of the vehicle include tinted windows, perimeter seating, cloth seats, interior carpeting, AM/FM radio, full size spare tire and jack, high output A/C, and the ability to carry 16-20 passengers.
