The Department of the Navy, Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, San Diego, California, invites expressions of interest and qualifications for the lease of Parcel 4 containing 11.60 acres at the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, California. Use shall be restricted to light industrial and wholesale storage operations which shall include limited public access and minimal traffic. The Lease will cover a term not to extend beyond August 31, 2001. Upon Congressional approval, the parcel may be leased for an additional 5 year term beyond that date. The Government will have the right to terminate the lease at any time subject to an equitable adjustment of any advance lease payments.
