The size of each of the building foundations is 40 feet x 60 feet. The size of the concrete pad is 10 feet x 12 feet. Work includes clearing, excavation, backfill, compaction, dewatering, water and sanitary sewer rough-in and grading necessary to complete the project. The project is located at the Lake Alice National Wildlife Refuge, in Towner County, North Dakota. Davis-Bacon payrolls will be required. The Government Estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000.
