Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the construction/repair of Marshalling Area and construct Scales/Cover at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The work involves constructing a lighted concrete pavement marshalling area, repairing existing marshalling area, constuct weigh scales with cover including secure storage area and office space at marshalling area and baggage canopy to be located in the southwestern corner of marshalling yard at Seymour Johnson AFB NC 27531. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm-fixed-price construction contract with 190 days construction performance time. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisitionis 1542 with a three-year average annual receipts small business size standard of $17 million.
