The Southwest Region Office, Branch of Acquisition and Property Management hereby solicits "Buy Indian" firms pursuant to the Buy Indian Act that possess at least 51% ownership and control for the following projects. The proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and incidentals necessary for the construction of a reinforced concrete rigid frame bridge across the Rio Pueblo River, minor asphalt concrete, and base course on Project NP701(1)1,2&4 and the pulverization and minor asphalt on Project NP702(1)4. Project NP701(1)1,2&4, Taos Entrance Road and NP702(1)4, El Prado Road are located on the Taos Pueblo Indian Reservation, Taos County, New Mexico. Measurement and payment for work performed, or items furnished, will be made in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-92, Section 109, Measurement and Payment.
