Description of Work: The work consists of building two bird islands within the limits of Jones/Oysterbed Island disposal area and one offshore bird island located in the Atlantic Ocean offshore of Savannah Harbor, Georgia. All three islands will be constructed of materials from within Jones/Oysterbed Island disposal area. The offshore island will require the use of a dredge for fill placement. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Network Analysis will not be required.
