The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Miami West Road, Project No. G00-0166(1)G,S, is a proposed grade, drain, and paving project, approximately 1.0 mile (1.6 km) in length. The project consists of grading, fencing, drainage, constructing aggregate base, asphalt paving, signing, seeding, erosion control, and striping. Miami West Road begins about 0.5 mile (0.8 km) East of the Stepps-Ford Bridge over the Neosho River, approximately 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Miami, OK. The project begins at the Southwest corner of Section 4, T28N, R22E, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Ottawa County, Oklahoma, thence it extends Northerly approximately 1.0 mile (1.6 km) along the West boundary of said Section 4, to the Northwest corner of Section 4. The Cost Range for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Request bid documents on or after June 12, 2000.
