NAWC AD Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with General Electric Supply, Co. to procure one (1) PTO Checker GE P/N 21C7020G03, one (1) Delto P Fuel Filter Tester GE P/N 21C7431G01, one (1) Flush Cooling Holes GG Stat Casing Fixture GE P/N 21C7732G01, one (1) Carbon Seal Tester GE P/N 21C11525G01, one (1) Torque Shaft GE P/N 21C7363G01, one (1) T24 Test Stand Deswerler/ Diffuser GE P/N 21C7742G01 for the Naval CH-60S Helicopter T700 Engine. These SE requirements are to interface with the further components of the engine. As the original equipment manufacturer of the CH-60S T700 Engine, General Electric(GE) is the only known company capable of producing these components in a timely and cost effective manner. GE owns the proprietary data and technology necessary to produce these systems preventing the government from conducting full and open procurement.
