Work will be on-site at the Frank Hagel Federal Building, Social Security Administration, 1221 Nevin Avenue, Richmond, CA. Contractor shall remove and dispose of three (3) existing Loading Dock systems, including hydraulic fluids. Contractor shall clean and degrease equipment pit prior to new equipment installation.
