Effective May 5, 2000, Solicitation 7FXP-C6-00-5614-B for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 56, Part II, was refreshed to incorporate the new Clause I-FSS-163, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract(Evergreen)(Apr 2000). This clause permits the Government the option to require continued performance of a contract for an additional 5-year period. The option cannot be exercised more than three (3) times.
