The compound shall be used to clean tactical vehicles, components, and other items associated with the rebuild/repair of military equipment. The steam leaning compound shall be a one part concentrated liquid product compatible with all types of industrial steam cleaning equipment and wastewater treatment processes at Anniston Army Depot. The steam cleaning compound shall be a standard product of a manufacturer normally engaged in the productions of chemical cleaning products of this type. This is a requirements type contract for a base and four (4) option years. This quantity is estimated at a minimum of 20 drums per months and a maximum of 70 drums per month to be delivered within 14 days after issuance of each delivery order. This solicitation is 100% total set aside for small business. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2899. Size standard is 500 employees. .
