This procurement is under other than full and open competition as prescribed under FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This synopsis constitutes the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for this procurement. RFQ Number is N68936-00-T-0167. The Requirement is for: Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001: 1 Lot, Mobius Software, to include 1 each View Direct for Networks Server License, v.3.2 or most current; 1 each Document Direct for the Internet Server; 250 each Document Direct Client Licenses (Concurrent users)v.2.2 or most current, including PDF viewer; 250 each Document Direct for the Internet (concurrent users), v.1.2 or most current, including PDF viewer; 50 each DocuAnalyzer Licenses, v.4.1 or most current (per seat license); 10 Days of On-Site Support; and 1 year of Software Maintenance. CLIN 0002: 1 additional year of Annual Maintenance. Delivery shall be made not later than 14 days after receipt of order (ARO), FOB China Lake, CA 93555-6100. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at destination (FOB Point).
