The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division has a need to acquire 17,020 additional effort (man-hours) of support services under Navy Contract N00167-98-D-0039. A continuation of services under the subject contract is required in scientific, engineering and technical support required for design, development, fabrication, test, repair, fleet implementation and dcoumentation of the AN/UNQ-9 Tactical Data Recording Sytem. Negotiations are anticipated to be conducted with Applied Physics Lab, University of Washington, 1013 NE 40th St, Seattle, WA. 98105. CBD numbered Note 22 applies to the extenbranstitert that the proposed action is for support services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
