This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 9TER-00-PAM-0075 is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-17. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13.5 are applicable to this procurement. This procurement is for the following: Provision of C4 (command, communications, computers and air traffic control) Program/Project Management support to the office of the Director of Communications and Information for Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (HQ PACAF) located at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Administrative Work Orders (AWO) issued underthe resulting contract will require contract management support to existing and pending HQ PACAF C4 contracts, assistance with the identification of other new contract requirements, assistance with and monitoring of existing program/projects, and/or assistance in the acquisition of C4 related material and equipment. Please see the attached Statement of Work for complete details of the requirements. Submit your proposal to include the base year of 6/26/2000 through 6/30/2001; also include separate pricing for each of the four 1- year options.
