The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supplies to perform the operations to demolish and haul the Fire Station Control Tower on Pope Air Base, North Carolina. Abestos abatement and asphalt placement are also part of this project. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. While funds are not presently available within Air Mobility Command to fund this project, we anticipate funds will become available by 16 November 2000. If current fiscal year (FY2000) funds become available, contract award will be made no later than 30 Sep 2000. If FY2000 funds are not available, we will fund this project with FY2001 funds.
