ANALYSIS OF THE HUMAN RELATIONS 2000 COMMAND & SOLDIER CLIMATE ASSESSMENT SURVEY On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to Swan Research, Inc., a small, woman-owned company. The contractor will use the existing data bases to conduct analyses, prepare a summary report prepare briefing materials, and conduct a briefing of Army Research Institute(ARI) staff members and others in a position to use the findings to develop plans, assess policies, and evaluate program operations and outcomes. This analysis is a critical part of the Human Relations Update 2000 project tasked by the Secretary of the Army to assess a broad range of human relations issues, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and unit climate.
