The Washington Aqueduct Division is seeking proposers who can provide a complete solution which meets their current and future Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software requirements. The LIMS will encompass one main laboratory at the Washington Aqueduct Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant with possible future expansion to two operator laboratories located in separate treatment plants. The project will be advertised as a Request for Proposal. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package.
