Furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials,supplies, equipment, tools, parts, fuel, vehicles and transportation to perform the following work: cleaning services, grass mowing, janitorial services, park attendants, services for beaches and playgrounds, water testing, herbicide application, marking boundary lines, very limited construction and a variety of other services associated with the operation of a water resource project at Center Hill Lake, Lancaster, Tennessee. Center Hill Lake is located on the Caney Fork River, in Middle Tennessee in DeKalb, Putnam, Smith, Warren, and White counties. This will be a Performance Based Contract. Solicitations will be available on or about 22 June 2000 on CD Rom only. Proposals are to be received by the close of business (4:15 PM Central Time) 10 August 2000. Work to begin on or about 01 January 2001 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year periods. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8744. Size Standard for Small Business is average annual receipts for preceding three (3) years not to exceed $20 million.
