The services will be procured as commercial items in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. The swimming skills to be train includes: swim strokes, treading water and drownproofing. Services are estimated to commence 01 August 2000 through 30 September 2000, plus one (1) twelve month option; 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2000.
