CONTRACTING OFFER'S TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVES IN A CONSTRUCTION
ENVIRONMENT. 1. Develop for the purpose of in-house training, a course
entitled Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives in a
Construction Environment. Commercially available curriculums will be
considered for acceptability and are preferable. All training will be
held at sites to be designated by USCG and will be in compliance with
USCG COMDTINST M1100.11A. 2. The contractor shall provide course
materials to include course text, training aids, course critiques,
certificates of completion, name placards, and hi-liters for each
course. 3. Each course will have a maximum of 30 students and may have
a government COTR present as observer. 4. The course will be a minimum
of 3 days/24 hourse up to a maximum of 4 days/32 hours. 5. For a full
