The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1 a Sole Source agreement with the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), to conduct two (2), five (5) day Hostage Rescue Training courses for special agents assigned to ATF's Special Response Teams (SRTs). This hostage rescue training must be designed to compliment and enhance the skills and knowledge gained by SRT members from previous training by National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA). Course dates June 19-23, 2000 and June 26-30, 2000. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must complete an SF-3381 Ach Vendor Enrollment/Miscellaneous Payment Form for payment via EFT.
