Notice is hereby provided of the Government requirement for a performance-based Mechanical Maintenance Services contract at the US Border Stations Champlain and Massena, NY. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The successful contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all required services. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7349 and the small business size standard is $12 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued tentatively on June 9, 2000, and bid opening date is July 12, 2000. The solicitation will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding.
