This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). All Statement of Work and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear on this notice. This requirement is for the removal and installation (direct glue-down) of government furnished carpet in 283 rooms at the DLI/VOQ here at Lackland AFB, TX. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation document incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16, Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 1752. Note that the provisions at FAR 52.222-41, _Service Contract Act of 1965_, as amended applies to this acquisition. U.S. Department of Labor, Wage Determination Number 94-2521 Rev 18 (06/01/1999) is applicable to this requirement (see attachment 2).
