43VR6&LocID=495. SIC Code 1629 Demolish and remove the old floating
pier, steel piles and bilge water system. Install new steel pile and
new concrete encased floats. Install new water sprinkler system on the
floats and new electrical cables to the new shore ties. Replace
existing wash down rack and life preserver rack on new floats. Replace
existing pressurized air lines and gangway. Install new tie-down
cleats. Upgrade electrical from the existing power source to the shore
ties on the floats. Contract duration is 120 days. Government estimate
range is $250,000 to $500,000. This solicitation is being issued under
the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and
specifications will be available on or about 8 June 2000 and must be
ordered in writing. There is a nonrefundable charge of $20.00 for each
