FAST PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE NOTICE The FAST Pre-Solicitation Conference has been scheduled as follows: DATE: Wednesday, 14 June 2000 TIME: Check-in begins at 0730; Conference 0800 -- 1100 hours LOCATION: Robins Air Force Base Museum of Aviation, Eagle Building, IMAX Theatre, Hwy 247S (On the left just past the Russell Parkway entrance to Robins AFB) REGISTRATION: Contact Sherry Seeger / FAST Administrative Support Team, at Sherry.Seeger@robins.af.mil. Seating is limited to 3 attendees per company (not by location of company). There will be a $1.00 per person conference fee, due at check-in on 14 Jun 00. Availability will be on a first-come/first-serve basis. A car-pass is not necessary for entrance into the Museum parking area. One-on-One Meetings will be scheduled following the Pre-Solicitation Conference: DATES/TIMES ALLOTTED: 14 June 2000 (Begin 1300 -- End 1500 hours), 15 June 2000 (Begin 0800 -- End 1600 hours), 16 June 2000 (Begin 0800 -- End 1600 hours) **30 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOTTED FOR EACH ONE-ON-ONE MEETING** LOCATION: Building 301, West Wing, Door 480, Second Floor, Room 207, Corner of Milledgeville and Second Street Note: If you do not currently possess a base pass, you will be required to obtain a Visitor's Pass from the Main Gate (2) for entrance onto Robins Air Force Base. These are the dates and times are available for One-on-One meetings. Meetings will ONLY be scheduled if requested. When scheduling One-on-One meetings, please advise as to whether you are a local or non-local contractor. We would like to schedule all non-local contractors for 14 June 2000 (Begin 1300 -- End 1500 hours), and the morning of 15 June 2000 (Begin 0800), as requests warrant.
